Amerigo Merlo

Before joining SOLcollab, Amerigo worked as an ESG Analyst at a leading Natural Resources Investment Expert. Besides analyzing ESG risks and opportunities of the investments, he was tasked with developing a climate change framework to align the organization with the requirements of TCFD. His main focus lies on the sustainable use and extraction of natural resources, innovative schemes to manage and finance environmental projects, and the potential of nature-based solutions in fighting climate change and in increasing the economic efficiency.

Amerigo holds a MSc in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from University of Copenhagen and a BSc in Economics and Trade from the University of Turin.
